1. Together we make a plan for your rental home
We are responsible for photography, advertising and views. In theory, you as the landlord can deliver the keys to us and we will fix the rest. You choose how involved you want to be in the process.

We take credit checks of all potential tenants, which gives an insight into the tenant’s finances. This is something private individuals do not have the opportunity to do. 3. Signing and deposit
With your power of attorney, our rental agent signs an agreement with the tenant and ensures that a security is created and paid for the tenancy through a deposit account or deposit guarantee. We also make a detailed move-in and move-out protocol with pictures and text.

If an accident occurs and the tenant does not pay, we send reminders and any debt collection claims. If the tenancy is breached, we arrange the entire process of eviction and follow up the eviction relationship professionally.
